Question about Tenacity and definition
I understand that any debuff goes through the multiplier Potency Vs Tenacity with some RNG to determine outcome but what I'm trying to understand or figure out is the definition for Tenacity...The gam...

Poxx, the turn meter gain and the ability to attack directly after is only for events like Heist and Tank raids and such correct? Going against a toon in arena once their stunned the TM should reset to 0 and climb from there? I just know there have been instances that I've seen a toon get stunned in arena and that stun immediately disappears which was why I had thought that maybe there were some other factors that somehow I missed in the time I've been playing...I know certain toons dispel and so forth but none of those exceptions that I know of were in play...I've stunned 5's in arena while he was on a full team no Barris or cleanser with my Aayla and my next move he's already unstunned...
