I haven’t run across one that says fight jawas or tuskens. It’s likely that those quests are for players leveling up, who will likely need the gear.

If it’s a Prestige Quest (ie: for a title) then there’s your answer right there. You do it for the title.

Aye I have run across the Jawas an Tuskens on my alt - I am level 74 on my alt. It's a silly quest that I only imagine will get done incidentally, because even while leveling up there is no need to go back to those nodes that had the tuskens and jawas (they were Light Side 2, if I recall correctly, but I may not...) So even for someone leveling up, these quests are not exactly useful
