My Luke farm boy is almost 7*. What gear and character levels are needed to beat the bonus tier? Just wondering if I can do it with my G8 7* Luke farm boy.

Agree with Bulldog. I did it with Luke 6* G8. Throw some decent mods on him (protection+health+speed) and you're good to go.
