No 2,900 crystals from swgoh webstore.

Hi

i purchased the £19.99 2,900 crystals pack from the swgoh webstore. I approved the payment in my banking app. Then I tapped I approved the payment back in the swgoh. I then got a pop down message saying £19.99 has been debited to Swiss whoever does the swgoh website. The swgoh app then froze and left it for about 2 minutes still had the spinning 😵‍💫 disc/loading. I then went in game tapped on the gear ⚙️ icon in top left and help. I told them the issue. Now it’s about 24hrs later, and haven’t received either 2,900 crystals or £20 refund!

Not sure what to do about this now?
