Quick question on TW

It is my understanding that the number of defense squads you can set on a territory is equal to the lowest number of active members between the two guilds, right? If that is correct, why in my TW are we able to only put 24 defending squads if the minimum is 25?

    It’s the lowest number of members divided by 2. So if you can only do 24 squads per territory it means one or both guilds has 47-48 members.

    Not true if the other team has less, everyone gets less.
