raid gear in shipments

Question

will droid callers, furnaces or other gear u cant easily get ever appear in fleet shipments or similar places? i know i can get furnaces and droid callers for 1400 crystals in shipments but that is only 1 every 2 weeks and i would like to gear up faster. ideas?

Rank higher in arena and it becomes 1 a week.  The gear bottleneck is there for EA/CG to make money.  If you want to progress faster, buy crystals.
