Raid Han misses first shot, Not Evaded or Resisted...??

Just missed again vs same base 23% tenacity JE..... Raid han needs a buff. I did get the resisted message though. Maybe it was just poor concentration and the sheer shock of JE resisting. Twice in a row must of just been unlucky. Chances of that are..... 3%? Is anyone good with odds?
