Rancor's Devour Cooldown at Phase Beginning

@EA_Jesse Good job on changing the phrasing of the ability description - are you now going to fix the game so this is actually what happens?

    Roll this up with Teebo losing his stealth at cool down 4...they made the raid harder and don't seem willing to look into it any further. I posted a question on the devour yesterday and rec'd no response from the dev's.

    @TheDarkTater Dev is looking into the devour with no cooldown. Its a bug and shouldn't be happening.
