This "misleading" announcement says you have to complete feats and battles to improve your reward crate, and states that Razor Crest will be part of that crate. Unless Razor Crest is not present in the reward crate, nothing is misleading.
From this announcement, I would expect that once you complete a certain amount of feats and battles, you get to a good enough crate that blueprints will be included. It's unclear how many blueprints we can earn and how much effort it will take to earn these, but I'd say that's fair at this point.
You really have to read in a very special manner to interpret this as "you will get the ship for attempting conquest mode".

When has "rewards x character/ship" ever meant that you get a full 7* just for participating in the game mode? They've literally never said the exact amount of shards you get for a character tied to events or raids, only that you may earn said character. Were you this furious when Traya, ROLO, and KAM were announced aswell? Did you believe you'd get them instantly to 7* just by playing the raid or the TB?

Where are all those people you talk about, that are so seriously annoyed about this? Why aren't they in this thread, confirming your statements?

So I’m the only one?... The statement was vague enough that Ahnold spent time discussing it in his latest vid. I’m obviously not the only one that thinks they were less than clear with the statement. That’s all I’m annoyed with. I’m not “furious” or “salty”. I’d just appreciate some respect from the devs as a paying customer. Respect in the form of clear statements from them instead of word games. That’s it.

You get 44 blueprints of RC on the top prize box in hard mode

You get 44 blueprints of RC on the top prize box in hard mode

I saw the datamine for the normal mode box. Didn't see one for the hard node. Where did you see the blueprint count for the hard mode?

Yeah haven't seen it.

To be fair, it does say "Complete feats and battles to improve your reward crate at the end of the event and for this Conquest, earn a very special ship, the Razor Crest!"

That reads like you will get razor crest for playing this conquest. Singular. Not the next one. Not every one. Just this conquest.

The next sentence and paragraph dont really clear it up either.

Thats his point. Those particular words in that sentence have a meaning that may not represent what is actually going to occur based on the datamines weve seen.
