RC-1207 "Sev" (Delta 07) Kit Idea

Unit Name: RC-1207 "Sev"
Tags: Light Side, Attacker, Galactic Republic, Clone Trooper, Delta Squad
An attacker of Delta Squad whose kills will let him increase his damage over the course of battle.

ABILITIES
Basic: DC-17M Sniper Rifle
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Vulnerable for 1 turn. If target enemy is Separatist or has Focus Fire, deal damage a second time.

Special 1: (ZETA) Bang and You're Dead (Cooldown 5)
Deal Physical damage to target enemy. If target enemy has 50% Protection or below, this attack deals 50% more damage. If target enemy has 50% Health or below, this attack deals massive damage. This attack cannot be evaded. Enemies defeated by this ability cannot be revived. If this ability defeats an enemy, Sev takes a bonus turn.

Special 2: Just Point Me At The Enemy (Cooldown 10)
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Tenacity Down, Focus Fire, Health Down and 3 Damage Over Time for 2 turns. If the enemy alredy had Focus Fire, inflict Armor Shred for the rest of the battle. This ability starts on cooldown.

Unique 1: I've Lost Count Of My Kills
Sev gains 10% Offense and Critical Damage (stacking) until the end of the battle any time an enemy is defeated, doubled if it's defeated during Sev's turn. (max 100%) While Scorch is active, Sev has +150 Defense Penetration.

Unique 2: Lock N' Load
While Sev is active, Delta Squad allies may target Focus Fire enemies at will. Anytime an enemy with Focus Fire is damaged by a Delta Squad ally, Just Point Me At The Enemy cooldown is reduced by 1.

What are you thoughts so far about Delta Squad? I'm trying to think on how all the kits interact and I'm doing constant changes on them, either to buff them or to nerf them.

As always, some questions that may surge:
First, a Focus Fire recall on what this new debuff do, like always:
Focus Fire: This unit can't gain Stealth or bonus Turn Meter. Damage dealt by Delta Squad to this unit will also deal bonus damage equal to 5% of the target's Max Health

- The only question that may come to my mind right now (and it may be a complex one) it's about the second unique, what do I mean by "May target focus fire enemies at will". Well, think of it like a "mark" or a "taunt", but also is not, because WHILE Sev is active (and this is important, once he's defeated, they can't do this anymore), Delta Squad have the chance to choose between targets, it will not force you to target him as mark or taunt does, but you can have the choice to get around (precisely) taunts and marks to reach those Focus Fire enemies.

    I wanted to create some "long cooldown" ability, but it's like BB-8 with the 70 turns cooldown, you will not feel it that long with all the focus fire going around, and with Scorch doing an AOE all his turns, he will reduce the cooldown quite a lot

    But I'm thinking on maybe reducing it to 10
