Re: restore account

If you noted down your Player ID or Ally Code, you can give those to the support team. The support agent, if he can use them to locate your account and from try to help you get back in. Please reach out to them directly with those details for more help.

i dont know how to contact u guys
i been on every website and cant get anyone from he ea service

Hi @Ricothefirst,

Usually it's done through inside the game, but you can't access that so alternatively you can do that using any of these channels:

EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary

Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

Please try to have your Player ID or Ally Code at hand. Without those details there's not much the support team can do to help locate the account to proceed with the case.
