Rebel Insurgent Faction

Watching this week's Andor, and I would love to see a Rebel Insurgent faction come out of this. Saw is the leader, and doesn't need any changes or augmentations, but give a number of the insurgents faction-specific bonuses that affect RI-allies and we could make a squad that rises above what Saw is currently capable of. Give them strong anti-empire tools to make them somewhat similar to Rogue1 faction in that they're very good against Empire across TB, CQ, TW, and GAC, but no resurrection, no tanks, and they win by killing empire enemies quickly rather than any real staying power. A glass-canon squad, if you will. Tune it against the Saw/Rebel SM in TB.

The personality should reflect the ruthless nature of Saw and his band, willing to throw their lives away to achieve their goals.
