Recent regional restriction

First of all, good evening.

With the recent implementation of the so-called "digital ECA" in Brazil, I've been facing some limitations within the game that are directly impacting my progress.

To contextualize for players from other countries: the "digital ECA" is a form of regulation being applied in Brazil focused on protecting minors in the online environment. In practice, this has led companies to restrict or remove systems considered similar to gambling, such as random reward mechanics and loot boxes, regardless of whether they involve real money or not. As a consequence, many of these limitations end up being applied broadly, also affecting the accounts of adult players.

And in this situation, most companies preferred to follow a cheaper path; instead of implementing age verification systems, they decided to completely block this content in our region.

It's not up to me to say whether the law is being applied correctly, about its effectiveness, or about the companies' attitude.

In my specific case, several items have disappeared from the game's store, including free daily rewards and event-related packs, such as those that provide character shards.

I simply cannot use my gems to buy the shard packs for the new characters, which is extremely frustrating because it forces me to spend real money if I want to progress in the era events.

So I decided to come here to clarify my doubts and would like to better understand the following points:

• Are the removals permanent for Brazilian accounts?

• Is there any plan to implement an age verification system that would allow the items to return?

• Is there any official way to circumvent this limitation without violating the game's terms of use?

The current situation significantly hinders participation in events and access to new content, since many of them directly depend on these resources.
