They can transfer some stuff over cross-platform as they did with mine. I was playing on a blackberry for the longest time until the new update caused the game to continually crash no matter what I tried so I went out and got myself an android device, they were able to transfer my player level, all my characters along with there * level, however I lost all my used gear and gear level, my allies, my guild, most of my omega's and ability mats. They reimbursement me the best they could but I'm still way short on where I was at :neutral:
