Rediculous rng of fleet shipments

So getting the same set of ship shards for 12 refreshes is apparently "rng". Even had the same toon shards and gear pieces 12 times its utter horse shiznit

Riiiight? I just want to 4* Rex's ship so i can use it in challenges :(
