I completely agree with you management skills. However, mods are still here to display your skills and discipline.
It would still require time to farm toons, but it would rewards players with large rosters and make it more interesting to have a more dynamic arena and more diverse as well. You could have small change (for example max attack damage reduction of 5%-10% or tenacity increase).
I enjoy arena and raids the most, but now every change to my arena team needs 2-3 months (even though I could use G10 toons thanks to my mods), so I only focus on mods, whose farming is depressing :)
