Following the various updates and the 10th anniversary event, which was completely awful and featured completely overpowered new characters and datacrons, I no longer enjoy the game despite playing for several years.
Your game is going in the wrong direction; it's time to rethink your approach. Please provide me with the procedure for a full refund of my in-game purchases.

This must be your first mobile game lol, they all get more and more greedy at the cost of the players although I will say CG over the past few years has shattered what I feel was the greed ceiling.
Those aren’t mutually exclusive. CG is both a scummy business practice while still being in the right in this instance.
Believing that your personal opinion is so objectively correct that, because you no longer enjoy the game, you’re entitled to all your money back is mind-shatteringly narcissistic. 😂

How did it go again? “You’re not going to be refunded because you enjoyed a product, then decided you turned around and didn’t enjoy it anymore.”
You won’t get money back for anything less than a gross mix-up on their end. That’s not even just CG, that’s any self-respecting business.
