Refund through Google Play, Characters Still on Account
So I recently purchased the Finalizer LSB on my alternate account. I did not intend to purchase it, and received a refund through Google Play's process. After logging into said account however, I noticed that I still have the characters and ships. I tried contacting EA support but didn't have any luck. I just dont want to be banned for attempting to keep the items I refunded. Any advice?
