You already can? Lv dv triple tank (I use shore storm and rg), do a cooldown reduction on cat, then hit auto. Similar to jmk which needs similar setup before hitting auto

With LV/DV 3 x tank who are you using to increase CD on CAT exactly?

He means LV/Maul w/ that triple tank.
