Agreed, I don't want them "given away" like crazy.

I just think the folks that don't have TW-380m+ guilds could use a "small" access point.

And, in my edit above, I think the solution for the higher folks is a "1st time" reward that compensates 1/4 to 1/2 of the "investment" needed to get into that zone.

I think that would make for a better solution than just increasing the amount or frequency of the monthly reward which could lead to an overload of them as time goes on.

I don't know what the % chance of the rewards are for R9 mats in the ABs but it doesn't seem to be a lot.

I see them every once in a while but it's no where close to every time.
