Relic Delta not working ?
After doing a few battles in arena and the conquest last night I was sure relic delta doesn't work. At least not when it's in my favor. I slept on it and got back on this morning and went in to arena...

It's not working in Conquest because it's not supposed to work in Conquest until the next character's one. They are going to "rework" it because it would be a nightmare when you face R8 enemies in hard mode.
Look at OP's description of Leia battles (screenshots in my comment in case OP edits the post). They made all this up just to add another pebble to the complaint pile.
