Oliver, this is financial suicide. This will ruin potential spenders by demotivating them from playing.

Iv been curious about that raid game.

Iv just stuck with galaxy if heros because I love starwars.

I know alot of people rant when they get annoyed but I honestly don't see myself sticking around.

And I say that knowing I'll be written off like im whining.. but I think im serious  :(

It reminds me of hard mode for dragons dogma where all they did was increase the enemy health pool by like 400%.

It wasn't more difficult, it was just a lazy way to make the game "harder".

And FYI, the pre 7 star relics will not mean anything after this. (Which doesn't apply to me... i have relics on every char in the game except 20 lol)

But that good update will be basically null and void.

OK, just read a Reddit post actually explaining about it.  Yup, possibly is a game killer.  You can't just have one way working on your roster and then just kill it, for spenders.

Its relic lvl scaling where if you put a relic 5 team against a relic 9. There will be a 95% increase in damage given and 95% less damage taken for the relic 9 team.

10000 would be 500. For relic 5

10000 would be instant kill for relic 9

As somebody who mostly plays vs accounts a bit larger than myself in GAC.............it'll kill me off totally.  😪  I guess there will be no more collecting new teams.  Just totally focused on upgrading the existing ones, even if poor.  At least I won't have to worry about making attack plans anymore.  "OK, that team is totally relic 9, I only have relic 7s left.  I'll go and do some work in the garden instead".

This is exactly what they are going to do. Scare us all with a number like 95% and then drop it to 50% or whatever, thinking that we'll all celebrate our 'win' by getting them to nerf it. 

Any amount of Relic Delta is going to harm the game. People who don't spend or spend a limited amount on this game aren't suddenly going to start dropping thousands of dollars on it. They're just going to quit when all their old, lower relic counters don't work anymore. 

How to kill a game 101. Make the new player experience worse. Those under four million will likely feel this more than others. This will not make new players spend large amounts of money to catch up.  They could have easily tied this to relic 10 only but instead they are applying it across the board. Makes me wonder if it’s one last effort to squeeze money before they shut it all down. 

guilds will stop doing TW in even more mass now.

I've gone away, read about it and had a think. I'm actually feeling very depressed.  I feel, I'm going to be one of the worst affected by these changes.

I've been playing since 2017.  I have spent some money, but not a great amount in that time frame.  I specialise in GAC, and it is my priority.  I'm at 12 million and I probably surf around the middle of Kyber 2.   I'm always one of the lowest 3 GP accounts in my bracket and probably the lowest around 50% of the time.  Though that may change a little as I've put on a bit of GP recently.

I have a large variety of teams that I play in GAC.  Outside of the newest eras I have most teams at relic.  However, they're at the relic that is needed to do the job.  For example, my Old Batch and OG Imp Troopers don't need to be much more than relic 3.  So, nearly all my of teams are between relic 3 & 7.  I find taking characters to 8 & especially 9 difficult.

These changes will literally smack me down.  I will no longer be using my skill and knowledge of match ups.  It will rely heavily on just looking at relic levels.  I enjoy the challenge of playing accounts that are 13/14 million GP.  Now, GP will be king again.  This is not an environment I want to play or will enjoy playing.

Effectively, 'Skill Points' won't be accurate anymore (you can argue it never was).  Size will be king.  I don't think there's ever been a suggested change that has affected my mind so negatively.

I'm actually confused as to how THIS is what is needed to incentivize Relics.

New Assault Battles,  GL Reqs,  Meta Fleet Reqs,  TB Ops,  New Raids..............   HOW THE HECK ARE WE NOT ALREADY INVESTING !?!?!?!

You want us to invest in MORE R9s?    Stop giving us new characters every 14 freaking days you forking idiots!

I think it might be time to take up solitaire again.
