Or at least an option to pass on the hyper drive bundle. Tired of seeing it. Dont want or need.

I hate that but believe it's "good value" why have I got another Bland box telling me packs are available I fing know that pess off

It is easy to ignore, but then that contributes to people being “blind” to the reminders on that side of the screen, to the point that they all may as well not even exist.

The next time someone complains that they missed an event signup period, the “it was right there on the screen” argument becomes null if they are training us to ignore those reminders.

I personally don’t care, but I understand why some are annoyed by it.

EXACTLY. I don't care how easy it is to dismiss, because I am guaranteed a reminder at least once a day (if not five just from bronzium, let alone simming for something the bundle contains). Point is we get plenty of reminders for it, we should be able to dismiss it on the home screen and still it will have plenty of visibility for people who don't want it.
