    It is not just a tech issue, at least not a EA tech issue. Black market people have hacked Apple payment system that allows they to pay nothing. Yeah, $0 for crystal vault(price $99.99)

      Then its an apple issue. Also you need more than anecdotal "evidence" before accusing another player of fraud.

      Also its widely known that any kind of chargeback as you suggest will get a ban.
