The reason that I'm proposing this is because it hinders recruiting if you don't have a 24 hr zero damage period. People wanna join guilds where they won't have to be online at 1 PM middle of workday to raid but still get stuff. Guilds that don't have a 24 hr zero damage period aren't as attractive even though they may be an awesome guild. Then if someone goes before 24 hrs and the officers have to enforce it with a boot or something, it further compounds recruiting efforts.
Seems like this is only really an issue with the Rancor raid as nobody is doing Heroic Tank in 30 minutes without coordination.
