Request for extra time

I currently have 1 day left on my renewal quest but the problem is that I couldn’t finish the quest lines due to the glitch where the login reward wouldn’t register in the quest leaving it incomplete for 3 weeks leaving me 4 days to finish it post bug fix, which isn’t possible due to the daily login quest each day. This is a disadvantage towards the people regarding the same issue as the glitch isn’t our fault. This is why I kindly request a 1-2 week extension for the renewal quest. This would help us finish the quest and gain the rewards.
