Fix GAC ratings

It’s completely rediculous that the best GAC players don’t get to play GAC because of low level players are getting pushed up. Why do you think I whale? Because of your dumb Colloseum game mode? No, that’s something we suffer throug. Because of your 5 year old TW mode? Please. People primarily whale because of GAC. Should be at the very top of your mind to fix the GAC ratinng so the best players actually get to play the only game mode people care about.
