He will be difficult to get. He will require several long-term iconic characters. A while back I was thinking CLS, Hermie, Wampa, Cholo, Rolo ... but that would not generate revenue from the long-tooth players. There will surely be more required characters. I would not be surprised to see both LS and DS.

We need to remember at the beginning of ROTJ, Hermie told Luke that he would have to endure another confrontation with Vader before he could qualify as strong enough to be Jedi. Luke did not complete that test until the end of ROTJ. This opens the door for ESB and ROTJ characters.

What significant events happened to Luke during his journey to jedi-dom in those films?

• Wampa, CLS. Round 1: beat CLS with Wampa. Round 2: beat Wampa with CLS.
  
• Hermie, CLS. Team up to beat rocks, trees, snakes, and force vision Vader.
  
• Lando, Lobot, Bespin Leia, R2, Rebel Chewbacca. Team up to escape the cloud city.
  
• CLS. Lose to Vader.
  
• Logray, Wicket, C3PO, Endor Han. Fight an ATST and destroy the shield generator.
  
• Emperor, Darth Vader, CLS. Round 1: beat Vader with CLS. Round 2: beat CLS with Palp. Round 3: beat Palp with Vader and CLS.
  

So just 2 more Hans, 1 more Leia, 1 more Chewbacca, C3PO.

If you look at it that way, hoda would have been req for cls since he wasn't at that level until the end of Empire. And I think even if it is just those 5 there is revenue potential. Captain Han is a hard cantina farm that many have neglected since there are other things that are more immediately needed. Panic farming him means cash. Rolo many may still not have since she isn't super easy to get. In her current place it's hard to buy her but they can put packs up at the last minute. Hoda many don't have because the guild event currency is all spent on g12 pieces. Also could put a pack out for money. Granted r2 and cls would be freebies for veteran players but it woukd just increase the panic farming for newer players that don't have cls yet and keep new players going after him well after power creep makes him less relevant otherwise.
