Wrong. They can both beat a Negotiator which is the current most common defensive meta fleet. Might not be 100% reliable (therefor I wouldn't use the in TW / GAC for that purpose) and dependant on the Nego lineup but it's possible. Finalizer having the edge over Raddus for using it's own fleet while Raddus really needs the HT to stay alive.
Maybe my point wasn’t clear in that one line question. In fleet arena, you only really need 1 fleet. In GAC, you only really need 2 (3 if you have a botched attack). In TW, you only really need more than 2-3 unless your guild has a lot of people that don’t contribute in ships.
Personally, I don’t want to gear more pilots just to inflate my GP. I’m tired of looking at my g12 old school pilots that just sit in my top 80 GP but aren’t used for anything. Add some new areas of the game to use ships or expand on existing areas (more defensive fleets in GAC), and then I’ll be on board with adding more ships.
