Resistance team for speed mod

It seems to get the speed mods we need only resistance team correct ? I only have Rey and then some toons lvl 35 ... Youpi

All of my resistance heroes have been on the back burner: Poe, Rey, Trooper, Pilot ... I've got them, some I've had for a long time, but they are all low level, low *. Couldn't get past Tier I of the challenges. Too bad, speed mods would be excellent.
