It's not 'jumping to conclusions' to think vet han and Chewie will be needed. Yeah we only need scavenger Rey for the first part but GUESS WHAT, not too long ago there was another hero's journey where we only needed farmboy luke at the start.
It's completely fair and probable to assume vet han and Chewie will be needed. Where my gripe, and most people's are in assume, is that when CLS came out we needed 5 characters that had all been in the game for a very long time and even if you didn't have them when the events requirements were revealed, you could farm them fairly easily.
That is where the new Rey hero's journey differs, we gonna need (probably) characters that aren't farmable yet or only will be a few days before the event starts.
