My take; The event is going to mirror key scenes from the movie. The Vets are only in the movies so it’s logical that they are required.

However-they appear early in the action scenes so they may not be required at seven stars.

The freighter battle and Maz’s Cantina seem likely scenes to be included.

The last two Cantina nodes are empty. I think the vets go there. Panic farm with cantina refreshes sets the registers ringing.

In CLS HJ - Old Ben died before the last tier and that was a 7* requirement. They will all be needed at 7*.

Tier 1
Rey alone doing her scavenger thing. Fight some random enemies.

Tier 2
Rey, Finn, BB-8 escaping to the Falcon

Tier 3
Rey, Finn, BB, VSH, VSC - fighting space pirates or whoever they were on the ship.

Tier 4
All 5 again, battle at the cantina

Tier 5
Finn, Han, Chewie rescuing Rey, or after they've joined up maybe all 4.

Cutscene: Kylo kills Han

Tier 6
Rey and maybe Finn versus Kylo
