You usually see the SLKR, Malak, KRU, Sit, and Hux yeah?
Take out the tanks first. Use Poe Buff immunity to mark the tank you want to keep around.
Then Sit, then hux should be dead from AOE or basic. It should just be you and maybe poe or fin against SLKR. He will kill off the friend. It will be you and him 1 v 1. Time his ulitmate. It's game over. Doesn't matter how many stacks of siphon he has. Rey ultimate is true damage. Like a hot knife through butter.
