This is a "bug fix" because the dev says it's a bug fix. There was nothing inherent in the ability or the multiple counters that made it seem like a bug to me, nor any obvious contradiction with the description (as was the case with Ventress). Obviously the devs determine what is intended and make changes accordingly, but this is not actually the right place for the "buff" / "nerf" / "bug fix" high horse.
See my above reply regarding changing descriptions. I agree. It would be easier and faster.
Regardless of how this will affect the meta it is a good thing. Bugs are being fixed.
We whinge and moan and carry on and on. But for once they are fixing bugs. It's about time.
If you want to think it's a buff then go ahead. But if it is a buff then it is a buff that she deserved. Anyone who isn't following their descriptions deserves the 'nerf' or 'buff' that they should already have if they were working correctly.
