The only thing with RG...if opponent not running AoE metas...then he's good as a distraction if you don't time things out when attacking another toon (Rey, Lando, etc). That's the annoying thing...get Rey close and accidentally push her over the edge then RG taunts. Emperor good if preemptive shock RG or QGJ to remove it. I think ST Han is overrated. Maybe I need a higher gear level, but he typically doesn't last long for me even with 5* mods.
