Sith can’t be force ghost
Incorrect, darth Marr was
Canonically, only light side can become a force ghost.
Canonically, it's more of the other way around really. An accomplished Jedi will just vanish as he dies and become one with the force, his personality and everything being recycled back into the force. However with training and deep knowledge of the living force, a Jedi could manifest his spirit after death. It's a technique Qui-Gon learned, and later thought Yoda, in ghost-form. Most Jedi would see and saw the practice as heretical and spooky. A Jedi would usually aim to become one with the force, like how a Buddhist monk would try to achieve Nirvana almost. A sith on the other hand had several ways to linger, stay as a ghost, or come back after death. Their life force doesn't become one with the force, so for an accomplished sith alchemist, manifesting as some sort of ghost would have been relatively simple. Most would rather simply aim to live forever though.
