Not only they do not apologize, but also post a comment highly arrogant, threatening to block users in the forums.
The example of rework of Anakin to demonstrate they listen is laughable. How many other toons are still unbalanced and people has been asking for months they need a tune?
This company has shown utterly incapable of running a game and a manage with the community.
