Sass refund screw up
So, I haven’t received the 4 pieces of gear that I put on sass after DR announcement. Two of which are g12+ pieces. I emailed customer service and they said that all refunds have been issued to the people who qualified. I asked to be directed to someone who could actually help me rather than pass my request to the trash. Great customer service right? Horrible! Get your crap together and do your jobs the correct way, THE FIRST TIME, and you wouldn’t have people coming on here complaining. Customer service needs to be revisited because their lack of knowledge and ability to ACTUALLY help is a disgrace to the players who actually know what gear was placed on their toons and when. I will keep emailing customer service until an actual solution is made, so enjoy the bombardment.....tools!
