Saving game before u do updates

Facebook does nothing to save you progress

Yea I have no idea , help tech support mentioned it , but mostly Game Center . Just make sure you back your game play up ! It sucks starting over !! Level 85 gone . Starting at 0 and up to 19 now.

Not sure about the non droid stuff. I use droids and had similair issue. Finally figured out how to create new Google account and attach current game to that.

Again, not sure its possible or whatever but worth asking around etc.

so you never connected your game to gamecenter over the lapse of 85 levels?

doesn't it connect automatically?

Even on iOS you can have a Guest account.
OP, is this a new device or just an update to the OS?
Can you try closing swgoh, log out from your Game Center, then open up the swgoh app again?

Yes that's true. So you must be linked to Game Center on iOS systems ! If you play unlinked and you lose the app or any malfunction, your progress is gone for ever !! I did an apple update thinking I was linked ! Very upsetting!
