I'd probably go with Chewie just for the taunt. Plus if someone is going to get a bump in the future, shouldn't it be Chewie, a popular character that everyone is generally disappointed in at the moment, over a random Mob Enforcer? I would hope they'd buff him first. Although everyone has him so they'll probably buff ME because no one has her and everyone would go run to farm her then.

And I don't think Chewie leveled up high is that bad. He serves his purpose.
