I don't mind the kit, but I think you might be a bit off the mark here. Scout troopers are pursuers and analyze the enemy so the commanders can use the scout's intel to attack/counter the most effectively. Stormtroopers are more expendable and on the front lines taking the heat. Scout troopers and stormtroopers have different roles in the military and Scout troopers are more specialized than your average stormtrooper.

As for the 4 turn ability block, I think you can keep it. Veteran Han Solo and Boba Fett have AoE ability block on similar or lesser cooldowns.

But they have AB for 1 turn, not 2 turns, and Boba has it on the Target for 2 turns

The above scout trooper only has AB for 1 turn...

He had it for 2 turns, he edited it
