And I don’t know about others, but Sidious just keeps spamming his AOE. If I miraculously survive his first onslaught and revive all / start attacking (Asaji lead) his very next turn is an AOE again.

I was able to do Tier 1, not Tier 2. I have a R3 or 4 AV and Daka, rest are G12/G11.
Usually when people claim something is impossible, they are using the wrong comp, wrong strat, wrong/poor mods, or some combination of those.
Also, I've never once seen him do AOE twice in a row, there's always a basic in-between.
