It's because conquest isn't supposed to be "fun" it's supposed to be a grind so players are less inclined to want to get max rewards. If we don't finish it, they give us less rewards.
I get the Reva "bug", but this was a character working as intended and you could really only work a couple achievements on it anyway, so it's not like you can sit there on one character for the whole thing and max out conquest. Silly thing to worry about when we have datacrons with stupid level excess on them you only perpetuate.
Just a recommendation CG? Maybe play through a conquest prior to our start date at least once with a NORMAL player account? (Not the 14 mil GP account you appear to "test" everything with.)
