seriously another new raid team?

The problem is that half the required units are all the newest toons - new BB, the DS clones, the two newest conquests and the newest legendary

Because it isn’t more teams, it’s less.  Nearly everyone went into Naboo with at least 1 Jedi team and the Seperatist/Sith team and could readily get the second Jedi team free to play. 2 slots on Amidala’s team could be filled by free-to-play available characters.

This raid, nearly every single character is brand new and there is no one team that we have been told we could use that is entirely free-to-play farmable.  Bad Batch 2 is now farmable but they are the newest of the new in that regard and most didn’t farm them when CG said the intended event for them was canceled.

The Pirate characters are also late.  So when the raid launches you do not have more characters available, you have less.  Even if you are a whale.

I don't disagree that it isnt as bad as msf yet, msf raid teams are essentially useless in other areas of the game. Cg at least makes most, except for the old crap, useable elsewhere Opertunities to build up a good gac/ tw or tb team or all depending on the team and what lvl of investment you make into them. 

The issue is it doesnt impacty everyone the same way, depending on where in the game you are in the game it's going to be easier or harder to work with mostly new teams. 

In naboo even if you werent willing to spend the jedi team was worth building due to needing much less kyros and many of the characters in the team being Rote Operations needed at r7. 

Maul Nute and sidious at r7 were all gl requirments so building them up worked doubly as roster progression and raid progresion.  

No newer players are going to have nu or the pirate unlocked Heck many mid game players won't either.
