How you got to the point where you got so many of the other gold eye balls parts that you ran out of salvage lol

well, when you have several characters that requires multiple fully crafted eyeballs...

Even with that you got there its only enough for 14 fully crafted eyeballs.. wouldn't say you got an abundance of it either

I never buy gear with ally points from the weekly shipments but if I did that would be one I would buy. You absolutely can never have too many eyeballs

Let’s see the full picture. Besides these last scrubs o need those for all new characters so yes they do run out and yes you will eventually need to buy them down the road. Enjoy while you can.

Ah, the eyeball discussion again. People will always say that you will run out of them which for me never came true right now. I have 2710 salvage which is enough for 45 crafted pieces and right now i have 29 toons that need those on their current gear level at least once. But that's mostly Light Side toons i don't care about, go to the Dark Side and those won't be a problem for a very long time. Don't like my idea? Well, bad for you. Everyone else - welcome.

You can buy the Implant Prototype / Component part for crystals you know. Probably the best value crystal gear buy out there.

The item vs ally points deals in the weekly shipment have always been absolutely horrible.
Pretty much just there as a noob trap or the very very rare case of needing those last 5 pieces to gear up a char to meet the requirements in case of a panic event (like Malak) when you're out of crystals or the item doesn't show up in the stores.

I do wonder if the game economy will change even a little bit now that bronzium full drops on characters will earn less shard value in that store. And I mean I wonder if players who are not newbies will purchase more items from the weekly shipments. Time will tell, but only analysis of online posts will give us a sample to interpret. I have a sense of how players feel about weekly shipments but no true belief.

I think personally 25K ally points for 5 shards of the eyeball implant salvage is a bad deal. Especially when one can get 3x5 (possibly more) 3 days a week from the challenges. But what else are you doing with ally points right now...
