Severe lack of customer care
So how is it that CG can get away with such a severe lack of customer care. Bugs that don't award shards? Ehh, maybe next year. Packs weren't showing up in the find flow for gear and shards? DROP EVER...

I'm curious if anyone has other examples of such a lack of customer care for a game that has such a healthy monthly revenue.
You may have answered your own question in that last sentence. They still see money coming in, why spend that money to fix problems the customer base appears to be tolerating?
