Shaak Ti and refreshing shipments

So over the last 4 days I have refreshed the shipments in order to complete Shaak Ti as soon as possible. I used both 50 crystal refreshes all 4 days.... and in those 8 attempts she never appeared. I ...

I just asked the same question, I havent been refreshing looking for her as I have yet to see her appear once in regular shipments, just the weekly. Now.at least I know she's there for some people. I guess the good news is I have Crystal's piling up since she hasn't appeared to spend them on. Hoping my RNG changes.
