Sorry for the late reply, I currently run Home One as my capital ship as ackbar is my best character of the 3 and crew power gets added to your ship power (also I run a lot of ships that attack out of turn for the Home One's bonus.
Still though I have tried mirroring the moves as well and the enemy capital ship still seems to get its second turn 2 or 3 ships before me.
