Marrok doesn't need to be a pilot, and Third Sister seems like too heavy of an investment for a ship. It would make more sense for Ninth Sister to pilot the Reaper instead of Death Trooper, who would then go with Krennic for his shuttle.

As for abilities, Empire ships like TM gains. It could also exploit on the DOTs that Vader's ship produces and introduce some badly needed protection recovery for the Empire fleet.
