Because of the shipment lag, as soon as i bought the mk4 blastech, the game froze and I thought I bought the mk4 taggeco, but instead the input registered on the 32 enoch shards for 1280 crystals, which I DID NOT WANT. I would've been able to click off that screen if it wasn't for the game completely freezing after every purchase, and now i'm 1280 crystals in the hole. Can I get a refund for that?

Same thing happened to me. CG told me to take it up with their feedback department. IT'S A TRASH CAN!!
Happened to me already three times on the PC version. You have to be extremely careful when clicking the buttons.
It happened to me before as well. I was on call with a support rep for over an hour.
Their system can only show what you have gained on your profile and not what gets deducted in crystals. So if you lose a massive amount of crystals CG will not have the data on their end and will try to gaslight you into saying that there was never a transaction and that you had never spent those crystals. I was given no compensation for my lost crystals.
At least you got shards for a toon that isn't 7 star already. I've done it twice and got just shard shoppe currency. ;)
The lesson here is that you should not tap so fast when buying things.
